at night these tent cities will shine. each one an art vendor, workshop & living quarters with shared bathroom/shower using portable trailers. it doesnt require $millions to build highend camps to live for tensofthousands. the secret= bathrooms cleaned by highpaid janitors. I know that if we have multiple people per tent or smaller 1 person tents as rewards while newcomers have ro share karger tents in hammocks or bunkbeds, we can create a fair merit based system or allow anyone to spend money to rent a tent.

Regular tourists and young people will opt for these to save money while living ir visiting san diego. if we have one of these within walking distance to the beach or a free or cheap bus service daily to the beaches and back to balboa park

We can have a very nice system for tourism that young people will use to have a college dorm type experience but cheap and lets tjem save money working online with structure coming from an ai blockchain governance contract, giving jobs tasks and organizing everyone with security guards enforcing the blockchains rules and the blockchain will be run by local san diego voters on a DAO
