Would you play a wagering game based on a Proton Transaction's ID?

Example: Send a wager of 10 XPR with your answer in the memo (Even)

If the first number in that transactions ID is even, YOU WIN! and would get back 1.98x or 19.8 XPR.

Does this sound fun to anyone. It would be fully transparent as it can all be seen on the proton blockchain.
